How to request deletion
Send an email to:
support@astroveda.app
Please include:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
What data will be deleted
Upon verification, we will delete:
- User account profile
- Chat and consultation history
- App usage data linked to the account
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to all your historical data and consultations.
