This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which You may request a refund or cancel a purchase made through the AstroVeda mobile application ("Service") operated by Axiom Leap ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By making any purchase through the Service, You agree to the terms described in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Definitions
- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.
- Application refers to AstroVeda, the mobile application provided by the Company.
- Company refers to Axiom Leap, Floor No.: FIRST FLOOR, Building No./Flat No.: PVP-3/583, Road/Street: Pattuvam, Locality/Sub Locality: Padiyotchal, City/Town/Village: Vayakkara, District: Kannur, State: Kerala, Country: India.
- Service refers to the AstroVeda mobile application.
- Wallet refers to the in-app virtual balance used to pay for consultations and services within the Application.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
In-App Purchases
The Service offers the following types of in-app purchases:
- Wallet recharges for consultation credits.
- Subscription plans for premium features and content.
- One-time purchases for specific services, reports, or content.
All payments are processed through Google Play's billing system. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
Wallet Recharges
Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once the credits have been added to Your Account. However, if You experience a technical issue where the payment was deducted but the credits were not added, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been initiated or completed by the astrologer. If an astrologer fails to respond or the session is not delivered as described, You may request a refund or credit by contacting our support team within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
Subscription Plans
Subscription purchases are managed through Google Play. Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Google Play's refund policies. You may cancel Your subscription at any time (see Cancellation Policy below), but refunds for the current billing period are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases for reports, readings, or other digital content are non-refundable once the content has been delivered or made accessible to You. If the content was not delivered due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel Your subscription at any time through Your Google Play Account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription expires.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
Consultation Cancellation
If You wish to cancel a booked consultation:
- Cancellations made before the astrologer has accepted or initiated the session will receive a full credit refund to Your Wallet.
- Cancellations made after the session has been initiated are not eligible for a refund.
- If the astrologer cancels the session, You will receive a full credit refund to Your Wallet automatically.
Account Cancellation
You may delete Your Account at any time through the app settings or by visiting our Account Deletion page. Please note:
- Any remaining Wallet balance at the time of account deletion is non-refundable.
- Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play before deleting Your Account.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, You may:
- Contact our support team at support@astroveda.app with Your transaction details and reason for the refund request.
- Request a refund directly through Google Play within their applicable refund window.
We will review Your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Google Play.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at Our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate or unauthorized transactions on Your Account.
- Significant service disruption or technical failure that prevented You from using a purchased service.
- Charges made after You cancelled Your subscription (due to a processing delay).
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify You of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
